Stereotronique is the alias of Kevin O'Brien, a producer from Calgary, Alberta. His musical background originally came from him playing in bands as a drummer, guitarist, and vocalist in several bands. His musical influences range from Radiohead, Kings of Leon, Mozart, Charlie Parker, Jack Johnson, Bon Iver to the prominent EDM acts of Wolfgang Gartner, Dada Life, Tiesto, Adrian Lux, Deadmau5, Tommy Trash, Zedd, Nicky Romero, Lazy Rich, Hardwell, Axwell, Bingo Players, Knife Party, Porter Robinson, Deniz Koyu, Dyro and more. He made his debut on Monstercat with Gravity, which was featured on 007. He currently has 9 releases on Monstercat and has been featured on 007, 008, 010, 011, 012, 013, and 014.
